The Spot Therapies is a space where you can come back to yourself

Hello, I’m Tiger. I am a massage therapist who loves the nerdy, sciency, side of understanding the body - the anatomy, mechanics, the things we can measure and see. I also loves the mysterious, the energetic and unknown “magic” that can happen through touch and presence.
Recently trained as a Jing therapist, I have completed the ACMT in advanced clinical massage and can work with chronic and acute pain conditions treating a wide range of MSK issues and working within the biopsychosocial model to help clients achieve a reduction in pain, increase their range of motion and help them to feel better in their bodies.
I am also a Year Two Shiatsu student with the Bristol School Of Shiatsu and am very much interested in the eastern approach to the body- and to health in general. I completed my foundation in holistic bodywork and massage with the BCMB in Bristol in 2021.
I am also a trained Kundalini yoga teacher and believe that movement, meditation and the practice of “metta” or loving kindness, are powerful tools for healing. I hope to bring all of these elements into my work and to spread them out into the world!

"Thank you Tiger for a really relaxing massage session yesterday; you have such a wonderful way of assessing and responding my body’s needs and communicating effectively during the treatment. The beautiful space that you have created in your studio and the quality of the quiet and peace in that space and your caring touch helped to make this a truly special experience. Thank you! "

"It was so lovely to meet Tiger and have such a wonderful personalised massage experience from choosing the essential oils to talking through particular issues, likes/dislikes, pressure, temperature of the room and music. The setting is very calm and relaxing and I came away with my muscles, especially arms and shoulders feeling freer and easier , with an overall sense of heightened wellbeing and relaxation. I was lucky enough to experience an extended massage over two hours which was extremely beneficial."
